Hello & welcome to Cave!
Long before I opened my store I was a Sydney girl, born into a family with the most amazing parents who raised a crazy but loving tribe of six, me being number five in line! I grew up in the leafy suburb of Hunters Hill, where my memories consist of crowds of kids opting to spend their free time in our back yard pool, climbing trees, even riding mini-bikes & horses around the local streets! I had a wonderful childhood & can understand now why I enjoy being around people!!
I have proudly raised two beautiful children, Molly and Tom. We moved to Northern NSW 12 years ago, transforming from a life of mod-cons, shopping centres & a fast pace to an experience of lush rural living, solar power, tank water, motorbikes, horses, fresh water creeks, along with spectacular east coast beaches & seaside towns. It’s a lifestyle that reminds me of how I grew up…out in nature & loving every part of it! I’m so glad I had the opportunity to offer this life to my children who are now young adults, starting their own ventures, whilst still being a big part of my life, including my business!
In 2013, following many years of retail in Kingscliff, NSW, I decided to take a ‘leap of faith’ in my working career, resulting in the opening of Cave Kingscliff!! My vision was to provide a store exclusively for men, offering apparel & accessories. I wanted to build a unique collective of mainstream & old school/retro inspired fashion that will accommodate & compliment the lifestyle of this area. My passion to support Australian & Local Designers is reflected in the products I offer you, which has proven to be successful as this is what people are searching for – something different & homegrown. I’m a big believer in good ‘ole fashion service with a smile, and so if you can’t see it or find it, I’ll do my best to seek it!
My attitude to life is positive & so I want your experience at Cave to be the same! I am proud of my ‘bricks & mortar’ store & am inspired to create the same vibe here. I look forward to meeting you sometime!
Cheers, Bridg 🙂
